As per the company, the revised platform benefits from a 12.5 per cent increase in the rigidity, while even the suspension of the SUV is also more robust than before. The changes don’t end here as the refreshed model even gets better sound insulation and improved aerodynamic performance. While most of the dimensions have remained unchanged, the overall length has seen an increment of 40 mm owing to the new bumper. Also, the hood, roof, doors and tailgate are new. Coming to the specifications, the 2.0-litre motor has made way for a 1.6-litre 16V engine that outputs 118 hp. Transmission options include a five-speed manual and a CVT automatic, both of which drive the front wheels.
